Purpose of the Sales Development Assistant role:
To support the Sales function in maximising opportunities and improving conversion ratios from sales activity to complete orders so that they are able to focus on developing sales opportunities and growing the business.
Key Accountabilities: • Ensure design revisions and quotations are followed up with the relevant internal and external contacts in a timely manner so that queries are resolved promptly and therefore accurate orders are placed. • Organise sample requests within 24 hours of receipt to ensure supply deadlines are met. • Collate and send revised bid information in line Company practice and customer-specific format practice, thus enabling submission and discussion at Board level in an appropriate timely manner. • Incorporate revisions into an accurate DEFs (Design Enquiry Forms) and issue within 24 hours of receipt of customer specification requirements so that the Design & Quotation team can produce quotations based on the correct information within SLA. • Create quotation packs to the specific requirements of the customer in order that so that the customer can analysis the detail of the quotation according to their process. • Represent PRMF at site meetings to train showhouse sales staff on product, options and call-off process so that our customer can maximise upgrade opportunities. • Input customer contact information onto Saleforce accurately to ensure relationship and project visibility throughout the Sales team. • Carry out essential progress chasing duties during holiday periods which are normally carried out by ASMs to ensure the customer receives a seamless service and opportunities are not missed.
