Purpose of the role:
To remedy problems in homeowners’ properties and to ensure the role of the Customer Care team provides the company’s standards and levels of service. Provide a service for East London, Essex and Kent.
Essential Competencies required:
Proven track record delivering a high standard of workmanship in the kitchen industry.
Good communication skills.
Attentional to detail.
Experience in the fitted kitchen industry.
Competence with hand-held power tools.
Full driving licence.
Ability to manage own workload and timekeeping effectively.
Ability to work as part of a wider team.
Experience of customer care within the building industry.
