This is the 4th project we have successfully been awarded by this prestigious developer. Working on a project of this scale presents logistical challenges when working consecutively across two high-rise buildings.

PRMF have been awarded this prestigious site and commenced work on the kitchen package in January 2024.

Location

50 Charter Street, designed by GRID Architects are twin 34 and 49-storey Vertus operated build-to-rent towers linked by a podium which provides access between Charter Street and the dock.

Scope

To provide an exact solution to the client's design requirements. All 756 apartments are to the same high finish and to be delivered within the programme.

• All lacquered and woodgrain effect MDF doors to match the architects & interior designers chosen colour palette.
• There was a requirement to supply a specific brand of handle throughout the development.
• The package also included the supply and installation of solid work surfaces and appliances.

Highlights

Having demonstrated our ability to complete fast moving and high-volume projects on time we are viewed as partner of choice for this type of scheme.

Production of a complete R&D benchmark kitchen at our PRMF head office and manufacturing location, allowed our client full review of our development process and ensured we had hit the brief, on colour, finish and quality.
