Hermitage Park is a fantastic community of new build homes we have been delighted to help deliver over the last 8 phases. Comprising of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes under 5 minutes from Maidstone town centre in Kent.

This is the 4th project we have successfully been awarded by this prestigious developer. Working on a project of this scale presents logistical challenges when working consecutively across two high-rise buildings.

Ridgewood Place is just a mile from the market town of Uckfield in East Sussex. This development has a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes.

Working across multiple phases for this development, we have provided 6 colour palettes to the private apartments which also required open display wall units with a unique fluted bronze glass back panel.

Unlike many fast-moving projects where the colour choices for the entire scheme are pre-selected ahead of construction, the colour palettes for the kitchens on this development were chosen by the home-owners.

This was our first development working with Canary Wharf Contractors and at the time was the largest single building we had undertaken. There were several design challenges throughout the build which required careful planning and installation.

The interior architects design intention was to create a “discrete luxe”, with a refined and premium sense of style.

The unique door design was submitted for approval during the tender stage and was a major contributor to being awarded this exciting development.

The brief for this project was to create a mixed-use development of the highest quality. Bespoke elements included a 45-degree chamfered doors creating a handleless solution.
