Manston Gardens is a new housing development of eighty-eight 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes on the outskirts of the popular coastal town of Ramsgate in Kent.

To provide an exact solution to the developer and their housing association partners requirements. This development is a mixed tenure scheme of Private, shared, rented, and enabled properties.

The scope also included the supply and installation of appliances to the private and shared specifications, together with optional solid work surfaces, where the homeowner chooses to upgrade their home.
