The Social Housing Process
The process of providing kitchens to our social housing customers.

It all starts with our field based surveying team who will liaise with the tenant liaison officers for the housing association to book in the kitchen survey.
Once at the property, working in tandem with the tenant liaison officer, our surveyor will start the process of designing the tenant’s new kitchen and will take into account all services that are in situ and make sure that our new layout is compliant with today’s regulations. Whilst the kitchen design is taking place typically the TLO will go through the colour choices with the tenant, showing them physical samples of the finishes on offer so the tenant can make the right decision for them.
Our kitchens come factory built for the ease of the fitter onsite. We have a number of delivery options, that can suit our customers needs. We can deliver direct to the tenant’s property on the day of installation, or commonly deliver to a location of your choice a week before the scheduled kitchen installation, ready for your fit out team to take to site.
