Our highest priority remains to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our customers, their families, our PRMF colleagues and their families in these challenging times.

Our customers are indicating that they can now safely adhere to the Government’s advice on travel to work and the Construction Leadership Council’s Site Operation Procedures. As they are preparing to recommence operations, we in turn have been planning to restart manufacturing and installations with special safety measures that reflect the recommendations from Public Health England.

We will restart with a phased approach to service sites that are open and have safe operating procedures and practices in place. We will be manufacturing kitchens from 27th April and starting delivery and installations from 4th May.

In line with our strategy of putting our customers at the heart of what we do, we aim to schedule deliveries around customers’ immediate requirements. It is important to us that we help our customers deliver on their commitments to new homeowners.

Our teams are working hard to ensure our usual excellent service standards are maintained. Our stock levels are good and our supply chain robust. We will ensure that we continue to deliver consistent 98%+ On Time in Full delivery performance and best in class lead times.

It is evident that the challenges of coronavirus will remain with us for some time. Please do everything you can to take care of yourselves, your family and friends, and the more vulnerable in our communities over the coming weeks.
