Fusion21 have announced the suppliers successfully appointed to the national Material Supply & Associated Services Framework – worth up to £500 Million over a four-year period. Paula Rosa Manhattan are delighted to announce that we are one of the 22 highly skilled firms to have secured a place on this cost-driven, multi-lot framework.
Split into nine lots, the framework supports general building and electrical materials, plumbing and heating (including gas spares), managed services, roofing materials, kitchens, windows and doors, aids and adaptions and bathrooms.
The Lot structure is designed to meet the changing requirements of members and is closely aligned to their core programme of R&M or planned works and directly supports public organisations in delivering operational efficiencies and value for money.
This fit for purpose, adaptable and flexible, full-service offering is OJEU compliant and enables effective cost management of product lists as well as ongoing performance management through KPI and SLA reporting.
Brilliant to be working with Fusion21 again.
